THE WORLD OF THE HONEY BEE
Aim: To give pupils a strong understanding of honeybee survival, focussing on their life cycle, seasonal activities within the hive, how honey is made and how honeybees are adapted to survive and their benefits to the environment.
Pupils given an insight into the beekeeper seasons.
Teaching provided through interactive sessions with honey tasting, arts and crafts.
